What a great experience at Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville. I took my doodle in knowing she had something lodged in her throat. Dr. Shaw and the staff were fantastic! Very attentive, compassionate, with a very clean clinic. If you ever need "emergency" services, they are TOP NOTCH.
We had to take our dog in after she started showing signs of being very sick. It was after hours and I googled and found Bentonville urgent care. They were very knowledgeable, caring with our girl. They were sure to check with us first before doing any procedures and the cost of each one. They called us the next day to check on our girl. We will definitely use them again. Very satisfied.
10/10 would highly recommend! They took care of my baby after another animal attacked him. They were incredibly kind and non judgmental. They kept me informed along the entire process. They didn’t offer unnecessary procedures and extra things they did offer were reasonable and they had a solid explanation. They made sure to contact the current vet to ensure all follow up care. They are amazing!!!
