While out of town our A/C broke. Guy understood our situation at home and immediately came out to our house and repaired the unit. He was efficient, knowledgeable and most of compassionate. You won’t find anyone more reliable and confident in his work.
Look no further! My AC unit is less than a year old and was installed by another HVAC company. It went out in the middle of the night last night....again. When I called the original company that installed it telling them that it was already 80° in my house, they told me they could not come out until July 29th. That is 14 days from now! My Guys HVAC was referred to me by a coworker. When I explained that I have my 80-year-old mother in the house with a heart condition and that she could not tolerate such heat, Guy said that he could be there in about 2 hours. In LESS than 2 hours, the problem was fixed for a very reasonable price. Guy was super nice on the phone, and I couldn't be more thankful for his compassion in this situation. He has done several jobs for my co-worker, as well, and they absolutely rave about his work, his rates, and him as an individual. Thanks Guy!
